Delivery Time

At SportPursuit we have two types of stock for sale: Flash Sales and In Stock.

What is Flash Sale stock?

Most of the stock on SportPursuit is featured through exclusive, temporary Flash Sales. Flash Sales are indicated by the timer on the sales and product pages. For these sales we either order stock periodically throughout the sale, or we place one order when the sale has closed; either way, we only order what we have sold and delivery times to you are typically 2-4 weeks after you’ve placed your order. This is the main reason we can keep our costs so low and avoid any waste - we pass all of the savings to you and we think that the prices it allows us to offer make the extra wait worthwhile!

What are in stock items?

Wherever you see "2 working day delivery" displayed we'll endeavour to deliver as below (see here for exclusions):

Whilst we will do our best to get your order despatched as soon as we can, please be aware that during the Black Friday weekend and/or the Christmas period, the dispatch time may increase to 5 days. An up-to-date estimated despatch date can be found in your account.

Exclusions to 2 working day delivery

Orders made to the following post codes are unlikely to be received in the 2 working days timeframe above:

Channel Islands: GY, IM, JE

Scotland: HS2, KW16-17, PA61-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41 - PH44 and ZE2-3.

Delivery of speciality items

On occasion we may ship items from your order directly from our supplier. These will usually be items such as TV's, BBQ's and paddle boards. If you have any questions about this, please contact us

Delivery from a SportPursuit partner

In order to increase the product and brand range we offer, SportPursuit works with a number of brand partners. In most cases, these products will be delivered directly from the partner once you place an order. If a product is supplied directly by one of our partners, you'll see the details in the Delivery and Returns section on the product page.

What if my order contains a mix of stock types?

For most UK orders we will dispatch items as soon as they’re available, so don’t worry about ordering a mix of in stock and flash sales items. You can check out estimated dispatch dates for each order item on the product information page and on your order information pages, where you’ll also find information on tracking and dispatch method.

Within the UK, products will usually be delivered within 48 hours of despatch; for international deliveries delivery may take longer depending on the postal service used.

When ordering outside the UK we will wait until all of your items are available and dispatch the order together. If you have any questions about this, please contact us.

Delivery Companies

Our orders are typically sent either by Royal Mail Tracked delivery or by courier, depending on the size and value of the items we are shipping.  For deliveries within the UK, we also offer delivery with Collect+ and you can select this option during checkout.

For International orders, we ship via Royal Mail or courier delivery and work with the local postal service to cover the "last mile".

Some countries have further delivery charge tiers for high value orders and very large or bulky orders may be subject to further delivery charges - please contact us at if you have any questions.

Customs charges and/or fees may occur for deliveries outside the EU and are payable by the customer.


Our Returns Policy

You can request to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order if for any reason you're not completely happy with it. You must inform us of your intent to return the item, and obtain a return authorisation number, by visiting My Account > Returns and following the instructions.

How to Return Your Order

To return your order, please simply go to My Account > Returns and following the instructions. You will need to click ‘Choose Order to Return’ and select the relevant order you would like to return. Then select the quantity of each item you are returning, and the reason for return. You will then see options for which postal services you can use to return along with our returns address. Please package your parcel securely, enclosing your original packing slip inside the parcel. 

Items should be returned in the same condition in which you receive them: the original branded product packaging and tags must still be attached, and the products must be in an unused condition (except in the case of products which you have discovered to be faulty upon use - please see "How do I return a faulty item?").

You are normally responsible for the cost of returning your order back to us. For our UK customers, following the above instructions, you can return via your local Royal Mail post office, and have the £3.50 return postage cost deducted from your refund when it arrives back to us. You can also return your order using Collect+ by visiting the Collect+ Website and then taking your parcel to your nearest Collect+ drop off point. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of using the Collect+ returns service.

If you would prefer to return your products direct to us you can do so using any courier of your choosing, but please note that in this case we will not refund any postage fees (except if the goods are faulty or if you have received a wrong product).

Returning an Order From Outside the UK

If you are returning an order from outside the UK please follow the returns instructions above. You may be able to return your order to an address in your country, or you may be required to return your order to our UK returns address. Your specific returns address is displayed once you have obtained your Return Number in My Account > Returns.

If you are returning an order from outside of the EU, your local post office should be able to provide you with a CN22 form to stick on your package to help smooth its passage through UK customs. You will not be charged any import duty. We also recommend writing "Return" in big letters on the side of the package.

Returning speciality items

Should you wish to arrange a return of a speciality item, such as a TV or paddleboard, please contact us. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. 

Returning an item fulfilled by a SportPursuit partner

If you want to return an item that has been delivered by one of our partners, simply follow the instructions on the paperwork you received with the item. If you no longer have this, please contact us and we can give you instructions and a returns label. Please be sure not to post this back to the SportPursuit warehouse, as we'll have to redirect your return to the correct place, which could potentially delay your refund.

Returning Faulty or Damaged Products

We're very sorry if you've received a faulty, defective or damaged item.  If this is the case, please contact us and include as much information about the fault as possible and a photo if you can; we'll let you know how best to proceed and hopefully we'll be able to source a replacement product for you.

If you need to return a faulty product to us, we will refund you the cost of returning the item to us. Please contact us to find out more.

Returning an Incorrect Delivery

We're very sorry if you believe you have received a different item to what you ordered.  If this is the case, please contact us explaining what has happened, and we will refund you the cost of returning the item to us.

Time Taken to be Refunded for Returned Orders

Returned items will be checked at our warehouse after which we will issue a refund as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days of us receiving your return. We will send you an email to let you know that your refund has been processed.


Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business model, where we receive products to exactly match our customers' orders, we aren't typically able to offer exchanges. Instead, please have a look at the website to see if you can find an alternative or contact our customer champions who will be able to help you find what you are looking for.

Returns are free if you pay with PayPal

PayPal are offering to refund shipping fees for returns if you pay for your order with PayPal.

How does it work?

  1. You must have a PayPal account (which you can create here) and have paid for your order with PayPal
  2. You can activate the service prior to placing an order here.
  3. Return your products in the usual way (see above) and keep the postage receipt which you will need to apply for your refund.
  4. Visit PayPal’s site to register your return and apply for a refund here.

You will receive a confirmation email from PayPal once they have issued the refund.

Please note PayPal will not reimburse the postage costs of returns made via our Royal Mail service. Please visit the Post Office and pay over the counter in this case, as PayPal's promotion requires a payment receipt to be submitted.

Terms and Conditions

The service can be used for up to 12 eligible PayPal purchases with a £15 limit each time and is available only to those who have paid for their SportPursuit order using Paypal.

This service is provided by PayPal together with Telus International and is separate from SportPursuit. We are solely promoting it as an option on our site.
